SciTech
We went to SciTech today, which is one of those science activity filled places with the covert goal of teaching kids science; of "making science fun".
Actually, it does. I question how much the kids make connections when I watch them run around from exhibit to exhibit, but there's no doubt they have a ball.
One exhibit was a construction site complete with foam bricks, a system of pulleys for hoisting them, ramps to wheel them up in wheelbarrows - the whole bit. Lucy donned her construction hat and joined right in with the big kids:

There also was a neat aquarium with the bottom cut out of it so that kids could actually climb underneath and then stand up "inside" the water. Joely and Uncle Mike took it for a spin, and then the famous Goofyuss Maximus fish made an appearance:

It was another fun day with the gang.
